Badly destructed anterior teeth due to malpractice might render the management challenging. Multidisciplinary approach with patient cooperation would lead to a fantastic outcome. The crown lengthening was done by Prof Ali Alghamdi and the endodontic treatment by Dr Khalid Merdad.

Multiple faulty restorations in previously root canal treated teeth.

Very destructive previous access cavities palatally with overhangs restorations leading to compromised teeth integrity and inflamed gingiva that bleeds very easily.

To provide more tooth structure while respecting the biological width both palatally and inter proximally. One can notice how healthy gingiva filled up the space after healing (3 months later)

Suturing after bone removal

The interdental papilla is established and shaped with a temporary crowns for 3 months.

Healthy sharp papilla is formed between teeth is essential to be established prior to final impression for permanent crowns.

CAD/CAM copings try in to verify the marginal fit. Final pick up impression is important to register the gingival shape.

palatal margin and shape of the copings are checked to insure marginal integrity and anatomic forms.

One can notice the beauty of healthy gingiva and papilla around the final crowns (after 4 months)

respecting the biological width would lead to healthy gingiva and natural looking crowns!
